Description
• Upgrade existing wastewater treatment plant to treat increased levels of organics and ammonia in wastewater from a change in crude material processed in the facility
Scope of Work
• Place existing oil water separator in service
• Install new dissolved air flotation unit
• Install new moving bed biological reaction system with spill containment
• Upgrade controls and move to DCS control of process
Challenges
• Determining status of existing design as On-Board assumed project control from other engineering firm during design
• Completing all design areas and procurement
