• Scoping and Detailed Design for a multi-discipline project to relocate the Wax Pilot Plant from NJ to TX.



Scope of Work

• Design Blast Cells for High-pressure/Low-Pressure process equipment.

• Convert existing storage space into a Laboratory inside of the Post React Pilot Plant.

• Design of new drum storage area and pipe bridge for all utilities to the new Pilot Plant.

• Design a new 480V electrical feeder from the substation.

• Design HVAC system for new Lab and Blast Cells.


Challenges

• Convert existing electrically non-classified areas to classified areas within PRPP.

• Integrating project objectives with other plant priorities.

• Fluctuating soil conditions near excavation areas.
