Description
• Greenfield Arsine Production facility adjacent to existing operating plant; still in construction with target startup in May

Scope of Work
• Front-End Engineering and Detailed Design (FEED) based on similar process at Catoosa, Oklahoma
• Design and specify over 250 pieces of equipment and 1,400 instrument devices
• 3D model with over 600 lines (pipe and tubing)
• Approximately 200 tons of steel and 1,000 cubic yards of concrete
• Basic Process Control System (BPCS) PLC + Life Safety (SIS) PLC
• Custom ventilated enclosures for Arsine manufacture
• Interface with regulatory agencies during permitting process
• T&M Not to Exceed for FEED including detailed design
Challenges
• New client with limited experience working with Design/ Engineering firms
• Ever changing design requirements during FEED stages
• Large vendor packages incorporated into the general arrangement and layout
• Hazardous nature of product required specialty and complex equipment design
• Owner controlled interfaces; coordination critical
